This is related to Bug 9705. While it's quite apparent why we wouldn't want to use this icon for the 'Publish iOS Application', I'm not sure if we want to / should be using this icon at all. Opening is bug up just to ensure we're fine with using this icon, and wouldn't want to create an icon of our own or remove it altogether.
