A code issue incorrectly suggests that "bar" should be demoted to IEnumerable.

IEnumerable<string> Foo (IEnumerable<string> bar)
{
	return bar.Where (s => s.Length > 1);
}

Works in master. (I assume an nrefactory update fixed that)

This bug was marked as fixed for Xamarin Studio 4.0.9, which is currently in the beta channel. Try it out!
