SVN Commit Message text field is too small.

SVN commit dialog box doesn't have enough space to type in a commit message.
See the attached screen shot.  There is lots of space for the file list, but minimal space for the commit message and I can't find a way to resize it.

This seems to be a gtk issue. I can't reproduce this in any system I have access. Also, the MonoDevelop version you are using is very old. Please try updating to a more recent version and reopen the bug if you still can reproduce the problem.
