Anytime I call the Dispose() method on an AndroidGameView object, it never returns and the process hangs.

I have attached a repro project.  This project was created by modifying the OpenGL starter app and adding the ability to add/remove the AndroidGameView object via a button.

To repro the bug, simply click the button twice.  Notice the logs:

Log.Info("", "Disposing GL view");
_gl.Dispose();
Log.Info("", "GL view disposed");

The "Disposing GL view" line logs successfully, but then the app hangs before the "GL view disposed" line can ever execute.

This bug may be considered low priority since calling Dispose should not be necessary. I only tried calling Dispose as a potential work-around to another (higher priority) bug, but if that bug can be fixed without calling Dispose then this bug shouldn't matter. But I figured I'd report it anyway.

Repro'd in Xamarin.Android 4.6.00049

This is fixed as part of the changes for bug 11921.
