My system info from "About Xamarin Studio"

I had Xamarin.Android 4.6.2 Enterprise installed and checked for updates and didn't see Xamarin.Android 4.6.4 available. I logged into my Xamarin account, downloaded the latest Xamarin Installer and ran it. It showed that Xamarin 4.6.4 was available and I was able to install it. I'd expect to be able to see that update in the updater.

Attached is my config at the time that I didn't have the update show up and still showing Xamarin.Android 4.6.2.

When were you trying this? Xamarin.Android 4.6.4 is now in the updater channel.

If this happens to you next time, please let us know again. It'd be esp helpful to know which channel you were on when you checked for updates as well.

I was on Xamarin 4.6.2 and using the stable channel. On launch and when doing the check for updates manually nothing was showing up. I was trying this as late as 4/18 when I filed the ticket.

I will try and capture better logs, etc when the next updates come out. Is there a way to capture logs from the updater and if so how?

The updater doen't log anything except errors. However, it's likely this was just a temporary thing while we were updating the server. I'll close it for now, but please re-open if it's a problem again.
