Broken move

If I highlight and move text up the screen to a position, the text moves to the correct position.
If I move the text down, the end position is usually under where it should be.

I've made a video of this to help.

I have checked this issue with stable builds and observed this issue no longer exist. Hence, I am changing the status of this Issue. 

@paul, If you again face this issue, please feel free to reopen it.
