The "Clean all" option only cleans the current configuration. There is no obvious way to clean all configurations at once.

This grows to be quite frustrating if you want to tar your project without all the build artifacts.

Some configurations may include projects that depend on addins or build targets not available on the current platform, so would fail to clean.

We have no plans to implement this.
