Looking at the logs, it appears this is a network timeout - at least that's the only error I can find. It seems the Deploy command times out while waiting on the server response.

Today I have checked this issue with following builds:

VS 2012/VS2010
MTVS 1.1.196
MT 6.2.2.7

And we observed that Application deployed to device(iPod Touch Version 6.0) but does not launch automatically and in mtbserver log it is displaying error MT1006. While this is working fine on device(iPhone Version 6.1.2)

mtbserver log: https://gist.github.com/atin360/4e6e55e31a313744c173

Device info:
iPod touch
Version 6.0

Can you confirm that the sample launches from within Xamarin Studio on Mac using the same device?

I have checked this issue on XamarinStudio on Mac and we are successfully able to deploy application on device and it launch automatically on device (iPod Touch 6.0).

Today we have checked it on the following Environment:

Mac

MT 6.3.4.2

Windows 7 and 8
VS 2012/2010
