Description TotallyEvil Devs 2013-03-16 14:19:33 UTC
Using XS4, launching cocos2d-xna MacOS on a MacBook, I get:

System.Exception: Failed to start process: -10825

On a MacMini, this does not occur.

Tried this again today with an updated Xamarin Studio and Xcode, but still get:

Comment 2 Miguel de Icaza [MSFT] 2013-05-14 23:20:47 UTC
Error -10825 is

"kLSIncompatibleSystemVersionErr = -10825, /* The app cannot run on the current OS version*/"

But you are running on Lion, right?
Comment 3 Miguel de Icaza [MSFT] 2013-05-14 23:51:04 UTC
Perhaps you have set the Deployment Target to a higher version of the OS?
Comment 4 TotallyEvil Devs 2013-05-15 01:17:17 UTC
mac OSX version 10.7.5
Comment 5 TotallyEvil Devs 2013-05-15 01:26:04 UTC
I updated to the latest Xamarin Studio, XCode, etc. and now I don't get the error code. Instead, I just get "could not execute the application at [path]".
Comment 6 Miguel de Icaza [MSFT] 2013-05-15 09:45:28 UTC
Right, but perhaps your application bundle in its app configuration has a minimum OS requirement hardcoded.
Comment 7 TotallyEvil Devs 2013-05-15 12:32:33 UTC
I looked for that in the config pages for the project and did not see anywhere that resembled such a configuration option.

On 10.8.3 it appears to work just fine. Maybe you're right. It's never worked on this laptop running 10.7 ... only on the mini with 10.8.
Comment 8 Chris Hamons 2015-02-17 13:39:13 UTC
TotallyEvil Devs,

I'm assuming at this point that the issue was resolved, given the delay in reply. Please open a new bug if there still is an issue.

Thanks,
