Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch the MonoDevelop.
2. Click on "Start New Solution" link.
3. Expand C# by clicking on the + beside it.
4. Select Mono for Android in the left panel.
5. Select Mono for Android Application in the centre panel.
6. Enter name into Name field.
7. Select a location.
8. Click on "Forward" button.
9. The heading "Packaging" along with its check is missing. However it was appearing in the previous version.

The 'packaging' feature was removed, because it was specific to desktop apps, and didn't actually apply to Mono for Android apps.
Narayanp, do you think you can remove that test from the test suite as it is invalid?
