Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch MonoDevelop.
2. Create a solution for multi-app iPhone application.
3. Add "Screen" Folder.
4. Right-click on the Screen folder and choose Add > New File, then select MonoTouch : iPhone View Controller.
5. Provide a valid name.
6. Add two more files under Screen folder.
7. Double click on .xib file.
8. Drag components to the designer from the third tab of the Library.
9. Drag more components to the designer from the third tab of the Library and placed it over another components.

Actual result:
Components (button, labels) are overlapped each other on Designer tab.Refer the attached screenshot.

Expected result:
Components (button, labels) should not be overlapped each other on Designer tab.

Atinc,

On the XCode designer, it is possible to overlap controls.   This is a feature of the designer model, not a bug.

As per Miguel this is working fine hence closing.
