This is odd bug, I could not reproduce it in simple environment.

mscorlib FieldInfoTest::PseudoCustomAttributes fails on

Assert.AreEqual (typeof (Marshal1), Type.GetType (attr.MarshalType), "#F4");

which should not as both types are same
