From the file's contents I might already understand the issue: in XS I have setup the Apple SDK Path to point to "/Applications/Xcode_4.5.2.app" in order to build against a specific SDK. There is no "Xcode.app" at all. Looks like the build server does not use XS's path configuration.
I had to add a hard link to get it to work: ln -s /Applications/Xcode_4.5.2.app/ /Applications/Xcode.app
