Description Mikayla Hutchinson [MSFT] 2013-02-20 22:22:49 UTC
From http://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/1455/snippets:

"I notice when I add a new code template/snippet in the preferences, it fails to display in the toolbox until I restart XS."

Toolbox, not code completion...
Comment 3 Mike Krüger 2013-02-21 03:26:41 UTC
hm, I forgot that we have snippets there - does it even make sense ?

I guess it's more useful than an empty toolbox? It sort of makes sense, you can drag snippets into your code like dragging controls into a designer. I don't use it myself though.
Comment 5 Mike Krüger 2013-02-21 04:02:21 UTC
fixed.

Thanks guys. I'm giving snippets a thorough try even though I haven't used them previously - the toolbox could be useful but some other enhancements would make the workflow better, and they are logged separately :)
