Now that we've added the ability to write code and do other things without being connected to a build host, the build host dialog does not really need to block project loading.

Perhaps we can modify the launch sequence and only prompt the user when they are actually deploying.

Connection to the host is not required to build but it is required to set the application signing properties, select target device/sim version from the drop-down, obtain SDK info, sync the SDK if necessary. For those reasons I don't think we should change the current behavior to hide the dialog until they deploy. Perhaps it should be changed so that we show the dialog whenever the first action that requires the information is performed.
