I installed MonoDevelop 2.6.0.1 with the MonoMac add-in.
I download the mono-monomac-a31c604 sample.

I tried to compile the GLSLShader sample.
I have the following message for scene.cs for the lines 100, 102 and 106 :

/Users/username/Outils/mono-monomac-a31c604/samples/GLSLShader/Scene.cs(28,28): Error CS0117: `MonoMac.OpenGL.GL' does not contain a definition for `ProgramParameter' (CS0117) (GLSLShader)

In the assembly explorer, there is no definition for the ProgramParameter function in MonoMac.OpenGL.GL.

If i look on GIT repository or in the mono-monomac-a31c604/src/OpenGl/OpenTk/Graphics/OpenGL/GL.cs, i can see the ProgramParameter function. 

Why MonoDevelop's MonoMac.dll doesn't contains it ?

This seems to be a case of the API being added recently to MonoMac, and that we have not made a new release of MonoMac to the public.

We will fix this on the next iteration.

Confirmed that this was fixed since the bug was opened.
