Add project to MD
Delete from disk
Add project with the same name and you will see error = access denied
Look like MD lock this folder, when i stopped MD then i can delete folder from disc

How did you delete the project from disk? Did you right click in the Solution Pad and choose to Delete and then Delete From Disk? If so, i cannot reproduce your issue with MonoDevelop 2.8 beta 3. If you can still reliably reproduce the issue with 2.6, would you try the latest beta for the 2.8 series and see if the issue is gone?
