Description Adam Patridge 2013-02-04 15:17:30 UTC
UIActionSheet:ctor(string, UIActionSheetDelegate, string, string, params string[]):
the `destroy` parameter description has "displayed" misspelled.
"The title of the destructive button. This will be displaed in a red button."

As found in web docs and in-code Intellisense for MonoTouch v6.0.10.

http://iosapi.xamarin.com/?link=C%3aMonoTouch.UIKit.UIActionSheet(System.String%2cMonoTouch.UIKit.UIActionSheetDelegate%2cSystem.String%2cSystem.String%2cSystem.String%5b%5d)

If simple typos in the docs are best handled somewhere else, let me know.

The link doesn't work:

Error: Your request has found no candidate provider [hs="(null)", id="(null)"]
Comment 2 Adam Patridge 2014-03-18 14:12:47 UTC
I can confirm that link no longer works, but that seems to just raise a new issue with the iOS web docs that is unrelated to the original bug. It was really just to point out the misspelling in the MonoTouch Intellisense was also shown there too. I'll attach a screenshot of the original issue.

Regarding the new link issue, I did find a way to get to that broken link from the UIActionSheet members listing:

http://iosapi.xamarin.com/index.aspx?link=T%3aMonoTouch.UIKit.UIActionSheet%2f*

While the constructor in question is the last one listed there, all of them seem to have the same "no candidate provider" issue unrelated to the original bug.

The link is now functional (http://developer.xamarin.com/api/constructor/MonoTouch.UIKit.UIActionSheet.UIActionSheet/p/System.String/MonoTouch.UIKit.UIActionSheetDelegate/System.String/System.String/System.String[]/).

I'll reassign this to be fixed by the API documentation team :)
