MonoDevelop has a feature where the pin for a variable only shows up if you properly position the mouse towards the right side of the box.

This feature is confusing and does not really save much space in the display.

Change this so that the pin icon is always visible.   On Visual Studio, this happens for the toplevel, and the pin moves as you navigate the scrollbar to match the place where your mouse is pointing.
